We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for growth and development.

Job Description

The successful candidate will report into the Warehouse Manager and be responsible for managing the import and export process in line with Pladis and HMRC customs requirements.

  • Import seal checks
  • Driver chaperone
  • Customs declaration/clearance paperwork checks prior to offloading
  • 5-point container checks prior to offloading
  • Full reconciliation process

The role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. A fork truck licence and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also essential.

In addition, we require a strong understanding of customs processes and procedures, including loading schedules, pallet management, and plant abroad processes.

If you have experience in export/import or SAP systems, this would be a significant advantage.
