We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to join our team at AUTODOC. As a key member of our organization, you will lead the engineering team in the implementation of new functionalities in a microservices architecture.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing microservices (PHP) in accordance with established standards, ensuring proper service monitoring and incident mitigation practices are in place, and adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will oversee the software development life cycle from code to release, strategically partnering with Product Managers to effectively deliver high-impact solutions. You will also coach and support the team, overseeing individual and team growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in managing a team of engineers and overseeing their career growth.

  • Mastery of PHP 8+ and experience managing a team of engineers.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team and overseeing their career growth.
  • Knowledge of architecture/design methods and patterns, data and API specifications, quality assurance, and testing methods.
  • Experience in software development, supporting the design and development of large-scale, distributed software applications.
