We are looking for a Technical Operations Expert to join our team at Decskill. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our applications and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and solve production incidents, minimizing downtime and impact on our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management and technical operations.
- Keep documentation up-to-date, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage backup data and ensure regular restoring tests.
- Monitor applications and infrastructure effectively, meeting established SLAs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience with BMC/Control-M or other industrial schedulers.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, and/or PowerShell).
- Understanding of databases and infrastructure backup concepts.
- Experience with monitoring tools and familiarity with LDAP, Firewall, Reverse proxy, Active Directory, and Kerberos.
- Good networking knowledge.
Other Requirements:
- Excellent level of English - minimum B2.
- DevOps mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
