Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create a diverse range of sushi dishes that showcase your creativity and skill.
- Prepare sushi, sashimi and other Japanese-inspired dishes to a high standard.
- Select fresh produce to create high-quality dishes that meet our standards.
- Oversee food preparation, including boiling rice and monitoring food stock to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Work closely with our wait staff to ensure seamless service and exceeding guest expectations.
- Prepare a range of Japanese-inspired dishes, including appetizers, soups and salads that are both delicious and visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment that meets our high standards.
