As a seasoned Design Lead at Zumub, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's visual identity and driving design excellence across our innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design team to deliver effective and timely project execution, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.

Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity, aligning with rebranding and communication strategies.

Design and develop packaging, apparel, merchandising, banners, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials that showcase the brand's unique personality.

Requirements:

Degree in Design, Design Communication, Product Design, or related field (desired).

Proven experience in brand identity and packaging design, with a portfolio that showcases your expertise.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.

Familiarity with design tools and software, including Adobe Premiere and After Effects (desired).

Fluency in English and Portuguese, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
