Your Role
As a key member of our team at Pestana Viking Hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
Your Responsibilities
- Greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor at all times
- Respond promptly to guest questions and requests
- Answer and forward phone calls professionally
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role in 4-star hotels
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Flexible regarding work schedules
