- Offer guidance on software utilization related to orthodontic treatments.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience and product development.
Requirements
- Licensed dentist with a focus on orthodontics.
- Proven experience with clear aligners and proficiency in Damon System.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address clinical inquiries effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for providing customer support.
- Proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving issues.
