Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Production Manager to join our IMS team in Lisbon, Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently coordinating end-to-end content production with our global brands and markets, ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in content production, with excellent knowledge of branding and content principles. They will also possess strong project management skills, including experience with project management tools and trackers, as well as solid understanding of digital content production and lifecycle.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Efficiently coordinating a team of global Graphic Producers
  • Ensuring content identity consistency across all platforms
  • Assessing market content needs and validating brief requests
  • Providing estimated costs and production timelines
  • Tracking project progress and managing SLAs

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in content production
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project management tools and trackers
  • Solid understanding of digital content production and lifecycle
  • Excellent knowledge of branding and content principles
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is €45,000-€65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
