Community Manager Role

At BNB Chain Innovation, we are seeking a highly skilled Community Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for inspiring, supporting, and educating our communities, both users and developers, in the Portuguese language.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Lead Discovery: Identify and track new blockchain project leads, assessing their potential market value and opportunities for collaboration.
  2. KOL Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the blockchain field, inviting them to participate in project promotion activities.
  3. Local Community Management: Manage and operate local online communities, regularly releasing project updates, answering community member queries, and enhancing community activity and user participation.
  4. Developer Relationship Building: Expand and manage local and global developer communities, providing them with technical support and resources, and encouraging their participation in the BNB Chain ecosystem.
  5. Offline Event Organization: Plan and execute a variety of offline events, such as seminars, lectures, hackathons, etc., to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
  6. Volunteer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with volunteers, ensuring their investment and support for the project.
  7. Localized Market: Develop and implement localized market promotion strategies to increase the BNB Chain's influence in the local market.

Qualifications:
  1. Deep understanding and enthusiasm for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, with at least 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  2. Excellent project management and lead discovery abilities, capable of effectively identifying and tracking potential projects.
  3. Extensive experience in social media and community management, familiar with platforms like Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing good relationships with KOLs, developers, and community members.
  5. Strong data analysis skills, capable of understanding community performance and trends through data.
  6. Experience in organizing and executing offline events, familiar with the local market.
  7. Has strong stress resistance.
  8. Languages: English and Portuguese language proficiency.
