Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT User Support specialist fluent in French to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the handling of customer inquiries and requests in compliance with established procedures.
  • Analyze and qualify client requests, ensuring rigorous processing of first-level operations.
  • Ensure effective communication with internal teams and provide reliable responses to customers.
  • Update the customer relationship management tool after each customer contact.
  • Transfer requests to the appropriate application administration team when necessary, communicating relevant information.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional secrecy standards.
  • Contribute to improving client relationships by alerting dissatisfactions and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of techniques for handling complaints, questions, and issues.
  • Familiarity with the structure of telephone interviews.
  • Ability to use client relationship techniques and management applications.
  • Native or fluent proficiency in business language.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Rigor and adaptability.
