Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Classification Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for categorizing the typology of content (videos, images, text, and audio) according to our established processes and policies. Your expertise will ensure user and brand safety, while also providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions.

As a Content Classification Specialist, you will work in a dynamic environment with over 80 different nationalities. Our team is dedicated to continuous improvement, and we believe in taking careers to new heights.

Responsibilities:
  • Categorize the typology of content in accordance with our processes and policies
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions
  • E nsure user and brand safety
  • Work on a 24/7 shift rotation
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have good teamwork abilities. Additionally, you must be fluent in Hebrew and have a good level of English.

What We Offer:

We provide a long-term fixed-term contract renewable every year, with a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) on rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. The salary is approximately €1,700 gross per month.

For international candidates, we offer reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pickup, yearly two-way flight tickets back to your home country within the EU, and assistance with paperwork and opening a bank account.

We also offer free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sport activities, and social events organized by the company.
