We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Engineer to join our dynamic team at Critical Software. As a key member of our engineering excellence team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement machine learning algorithms and models, focusing on areas such as NLP and predictive analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing software products.
  • Develop and deploy end-to-end AI solutions, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality of AI solutions.
  • Work with large datasets, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and transforming unstructured data into usable formats.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools.

Requirements:

  • Education: Academic background in Engineering, Data Science, STEM areas or relevant, equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as an AI Engineer or similar role. Demonstrable experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Python, SQL, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks. Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
