Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to drive user adoption and ensure successful system transitions.
- Conduct impact assessments, identify key stakeholders, and design effective communication strategies.
- Gather feedback, monitor user resistance, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, functional leads, and business stakeholders to align change management efforts with project goals.
- Track and report on change management metrics and key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, SAP, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in change management roles, preferably with exposure to SAP system implementations or upgrades.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ability to conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and develop effective communication strategies.
- Experience in developing and delivering end-user training programs.
- Knowledge of project management practices and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills.
- Proficiency in English.
Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
