**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Technician to join our Shared Services team in Portugal.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Treasury Management: Ensure account provisioning, financial liquidity, and the execution of payments, guaranteeing cost optimization and compliance with established deadlines.
  • Bank Reconciliation and Monitoring: Monitor bank balances and transactions, ensuring correct accounting and bank reconciliation.
  • Financial Analysis and Forecasting: Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial position reports, ensuring the reliability of information provided to stakeholders.
  • Financing and Guarantees Management: Implement the use of documentary credits, guarantees, and financial operations such as Confirming, Factoring, and Leasing.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards, preparing necessary information for central banks and external audits.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics or Management
  • Experience in Corporate Banking Management and/or in similar roles
  • Experience and understanding of Shared Services environments (preferred)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Experience with SAP (preferred)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and critical thinking
  • Customer and business-oriented
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationships
