Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service to clients across various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Native German speaker
  • Completed education
  • English language proficiency (B2 or B1 level)
  • Valid work permit for Portugal
  • Open-minded and enthusiastic individual looking to gain international experience

Benefits:

  • Type of contract: Long-term fixed term contract, renewable annually
  • Working hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 7am-10pm, rotational schedule
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, yearly two-way flight ticket, and assistance with paperwork
