Customer Care Representative

- Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native German speaker
- Completed education
- English language proficiency (B2 or B1 level)
- Valid work permit for Portugal
- Open-minded and enthusiastic individual looking to gain international experience
Benefits:
- Type of contract: Long-term fixed term contract, renewable annually
- Working hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 7am-10pm, rotational schedule
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, yearly two-way flight ticket, and assistance with paperwork
