Job Title: Master Animator - AAA Game Development

We are looking for a highly skilled Multimedia Animation Specialist to join our team in Kiev, Ukraine. The successful candidate will work on AAA games with high-quality animation standards.

Salary:

RUB 120,000 - 180,000 per month (gross salary), depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

Game Animation Expertise:

  • Develop and implement complex animations for AAA games
  • Create engaging character movements and interactions
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure consistency across the game

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve project goals
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative ideas
  • Analyze and improve existing animations to meet quality standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in game animation
  • Proficiency in Maya, MotionBuilder, or 3DS Max
  • Excellent understanding of animation principles, timing, weight, and staging
  • Experience with motion capture technique and data processing knowledge
