Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and optimize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for clients.
- Train end-users on system functionality and best practices.
- Develop and maintain user documentation, knowledge base articles, and system procedures.
- Configure and maintain various modules within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Perform regular system checks, updates, and optimizations to ensure peak performance.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and new releases of Dynamics 365 F&O.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations' features, functionality, and configuration.
- Proven experience in a support role with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (minimum 2-3 years).
- Strong expertise in financial modules, particularly Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Banking, GRNI management.
- Advanced knowledge of Chart of Accounts configuration, Dimension setup and management, Purchase order processing, Financial reporting tools, Budget management and upload processes, Month-end closing procedures, System controls and security setup.
- Understanding of system integration and data migration techniques.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
