Job Overview

GROHE, the world's leading provider of sanitary fittings and a global brand, is seeking a skilled Global Support Expert to join its international Support team at Albergaria-a-Velha in Portugal.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with expertise in user administration to provide 1st and 2nd level support to end-users globally. As a key member of our Support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP system authorizations, managing incidents using a ticketing system, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex issues.

Your tasks will include:

  • User Support: Assist end-users in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP system authorizations;
  • Incident Management: Track and manage incidents using a ticketing system, following established processes and service level agreements;
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and business users, to address complex issues, provide insights, and contribute to system enhancements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to understand requirements and deliver solutions;
  • User Management: Process service requests around user management, including creation, maintenance of user profiles according to established processes as well as assignment, change and withdrawal of authorizations based on existing authorizations concepts;
  • Knowledge Base Development: Actively participate in building a global AI-powered knowledge base to assist end-users and build the future of IT support within LIXIL.
About You

We are looking for an individual with a high school diploma from a professional school in the IT area, who has at least one year of experience in user management (preferred). You should have good communication skills (Portuguese and English level B2), a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to empathize with customers, provide exceptional service, and maintain a positive customer experience.

You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment, have the desire to continuously learn and improve your user management knowledge and technical skills, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
