**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our Engineering team, responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and scaling our Data Platform.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical expertise, passion for data, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality work.
**Responsibilities**
- Design and develop data models that meet business requirements and strategies;
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions;
- Ensure automated and frictionless data flow between different systems and platforms;
- Promote the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and best practices in the organization's data architecture;
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards;
**Qualifications**
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field;
4+ years of experience in data architecture, modeling, database design, and data management;
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data governance principles;
Hands-on experience with technologies like Airflow, Clickhouse, MongoDB, Kafka, and Grafana;
Experience in building ETL/ELT pipelines from scratch;
Experience with event-driven architectures;
Proven ability to design and implement large-scale data architectures;
Fluency in English is mandatory.
