Job Description
We are seeking an Event Coordinator to join our project team in the Exhibitions, Events & Protocol department. As part of this role, you will shape and deliver memorable customer experiences to grow the Airbus brand and reputation at the highest level. Your mission will involve managing the invitation and subscription process for events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Responsibilities
- Manage the whole invitation process for selected events.
- Collect and verify Invitation lists.
- Design and create event invitations using the Event Management platform.
- Send out Save-the-dates, invitations, and reminders.
Participants Management
- Manage responses and collect logistics data.
- Follow up on registrations and missing data.
- Regular reporting to Project Managers and Business Focal Points.
- Provide a final list of participants to the Project Managers and Business Focal Points.
- Act as a point of contact for questions and direct users to Business Focal Points when necessary.
Support to the Business Owner
- Act as the go-to person for Event Management platform users.
- Support usage queries from tool users in the business.
- Maintain and coordinate access rights for end-users.
- Support the Business Owner on required updates of the platform and its new functionalities.
- Prepare guidelines, tips, and how-to documents for users of the platform.
Requirements
- Experience with IT tools (such as CRM, database management).
- A structured way of working.
- Effective communication and project management skills.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Multicultural experience.
- Team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Fluent English language skills.
