Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Platform Development Specialist to join our team. As a Platform Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a scalable platform to support our clients' applications.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. You will design and develop scalable platforms using cloud-native technologies.
  2. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and maintenance of applications.
  3. You will identify areas for process improvements and implement automation tools to increase efficiency.
  4. You will work closely with developers to ensure alignment between infrastructure and application requirements.
  5. You will participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system availability.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 3 years experience as a platform engineer, DevOps engineer, or similar titles.
  2. Experience working with AWS or GCP.
  3. Extensive experience with Terraform; other configuration as code platforms like Pulumi or Crossplane are a plus.
  4. Experience with Kubernetes, Istio, and native tech stack in general.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  6. Creative problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
  1. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Experience with automating tasks using Kubernetes APIs (custom operators and CRDs).
  3. Experience with event and queuing systems (such as Pub/Sub or RabbitMQ).
  4. Understanding of how to deploy, scale, and maintain service meshes.
  5. Solid computer science background.
