Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled German speaking content reviewer to join our team. As a content reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing online videos within our streaming service platform, removing inappropriate content, and ensuring a safe experience for users. Your tasks will include:
- Reviewing user flagging reports regarding website content
- Staying informed about client policies and guidelines
- Identifying and flagging content that does not comply with guidelines in a timely manner
- Ensuring content review meets agreed turnaround times and quality standards
- Recognizing trends and patterns, escalating issues that fall outside established policies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- C2 level German language proficiency
- B2 English language proficiency
- Comfortable handling sensitive material
- Detailed-oriented and organized
