- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field;
- Prior experience in BI projects using Microsoft tools;
- Proficiency in SQL Server, Power BI, Azure Analysis Services, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics;
- Proficiency in query languages such as SQL, DAX, MDX, and M;
- Data modeling and data warehouse design skills using solutions like SSAS and Power BI Desktop;
- Experience in data integration from various sources, cleansing, transformation, and loading using tools like Azure Data Factory and SSIS;
- Knowledge in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing concepts, including dimensions, facts, star data models, and snowflake schemas;
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective BI solutions;
- Capability to create interactive dashboards and reports providing actionable insights;
- Desirable: Microsoft certifications related to BI, such as MCSA or MCSE in Business Intelligence.
