What You'll Do

  • Lead the process of moving applications from development to production and ensure our products run smoothly.
  • Ensure the systems we build limit exposure to single points of failure and security vulnerabilities.
  • Provide the tooling to ensure we can release often, safely and reliably.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure tools development adheres to best practices.
  • Suggest and drive improvements in how the team works.

What You Bring

  • Experience with cloud tools & technologies such as Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Kibana, Grafana, or Dynatace.
  • Strong technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts. Experience with PostgreSQL is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline that provides a solid background in software development.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Tech You Bring

  • Proven experience with the implementation or support of technical services & applications running in a Cloud environment.
  • Profound knowledge of Linux, Bash, and Container technologies.
  • Background in developing and operating applications written in JS (NodeJS, React) and/or Golang or any other programming language.
  • Experience in delivering and operating services on BTP, Cloud Foundry, or Kubernetes is a plus.
