We offer the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to this group's transformation.

The position is located in one of our service centers: Lisbon, Curitiba, or Bangkok, and requires collaboration with the Management Accounting Finance Data and reporting manager.

As Chief Finance Data Strategist, you will be responsible for:

Designing, improving, and maintaining procedures, documentation, and tools related to the financial data area.

Leveraging expertise to lead strategic projects, including M&A in the financial data domain.

Managing changes to the Syensqo organization structure in ERP systems.

Identifying inconsistencies in master data and implementing improvements.

Providing training, guidance, and support to the Finance service line and Controlling family.

**Requirements**

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

At least 5 years of experience in an accounting or controlling position.

Proficiency in finance-specific software (SAP, BW) and collaborative tools (Google).

Expertise in SAP - CO & FI modules is essential.

Demonstrated ability to interface with customers, provide solutions, and collaborate effectively.

Strong communication skills are necessary.

Project management experience is a plus.

**Language Skills**

Excellent English communication skills are required.

Knowledge of the local language is a plus.
