Customer Support Specialist Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gaming Industry Customer Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries efficiently across different channels within the given timescales, developing and maintaining in-depth technical knowledge of our products and services, and managing and logging all calls accurately following company procedures.

  • Update job-related administrative forms and documentation.
