Altar Technologies Lda seeks a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Technology Leader to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and be part of a dynamic, top-talent innovators team.

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional leader who can drive innovation and growth in our technology department. As a Senior Full Stack Technology Leader, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex web projects from start to finish.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and deploy web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Lead requirement gathering and project planning rituals to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement unit and integration tests for front-end and back-end code.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to help them grow in their careers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our technology stack.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in web application development, preferably with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React.js, or Vue.js.
  • Experience working with traditional databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with Node.js and its ecosystem, including Express.js.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
