About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team as a Recruiter for the German market. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from posting job offers to selecting the ideal candidate.

Your primary goal will be to identify and attract qualified talent using various recruitment channels. You will perform CV screening and conduct interviews to assess both technical skills and soft skills. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and ensure the best candidate-company match.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and active listening skills, as well as organizational skills and time management abilities. Strong evaluation and analytical skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job offers to selecting the ideal candidate.
  • Identify and attract qualified talent using various recruitment channels.
  • Perform CV screening and conduct interviews to assess both technical skills and soft skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and ensure the best candidate-company match.
Requirements
  • Native or Advanced level of German.
  • Intermediate level of English (B2).
  • Previous experience in the recruitment sector (preferred).
