Tn Portugal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dutch Market Backoffice Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requests and respond accordingly
- Provide solutions and step-by-step guides to assist customers with app usage
- Advise customers on software and app updates
- Inform customers of the best ways to get help for issues outside our range
- Notify second-level support of recurrent issues they may not be aware of
- Act as a point of contact between the customer and the technical team
- Assist dealerships and customer support when issues pertain to the app
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A C1 level of Dutch language proficiency
- Fluency in English
- Good communication skills, commitment, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience in customer service, ideally in a customer interaction center receiving requests by phone
