About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Settlement Team Leader to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking and financial operations, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Main Activities
  • Manage team members' activities, including business hours, holidays, and target days.
  • Supervise team learning continuity and training programs, and coach day-to-day activities.
  • Act as the first point of escalation.
  • Organize cross-training and skill matrix updates.
  • Process controls and validations.
  • Keep procedures up to date.
  • Participate in operational risk management.
  • Maintain continuous improvement and process efficiency in a cost control mindset.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in banking and financial operations.
  • Proficiency in Office pack (Excel).
  • Fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to collaborate and work as a team.
  • Good attention to detail and rigor.
  • Client-focused.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Able to develop others and improve their skills.
