The Total Rewards Services team, part of the GBS Human Resources department, provides Total Rewards Services and delivers operations and employee support for Global Mobility, Fleet, Benefits, and other Total rewards services worldwide.

As a Benefits Operations Specialist, you will work on delivering benefits activities for several countries, propose improvement ideas for processes, and deliver solutions to HR requests around benefits to support employees, managers, and the HR family.

You will be accountable for answering employee questions on Benefits matters, ensuring proper inclusion and exclusion of employees in Benefit programs, providing instructions and/or integration with Payroll, managing invoice reconciliation with Benefits vendors, updating databases with information provided by internal customers, validating data, and authorizing information providers.

We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid working model, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively.
