Organon is seeking a talented Working Capital Financial Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in optimizing cash flow management for short, medium, and long-term planning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and manage cash flow forecasts aligned with Organon's financial goals, ensuring accurate and timely projections.
  • Actuals Review: Analyze current financial results, identify variances, and develop strategies to close gaps and improve cash flow performance.
  • DPO Monitoring: Track and analyze Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), identify trends, and propose strategies to optimize payment terms and improve cash flow management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with procurement and accounts payable teams to ensure accurate financial figures and aligned cash flow projections.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of data related to outgoing cash and payables, providing insights for improving working capital efficiency.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation on forecasts, variance analysis, and overall cash flow status.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in working capital management, cash flow forecasting, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
