**Job Description**

We are seeking an Aviation Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Cabin Logistics & Supply Chain Team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient logistic operation on our aircraft.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain services, with excellent administrative skills and attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to step into the fast-paced world of aviation and gain valuable experience.

**Responsibilities**

The Aviation Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Commissary Management team with project support, daily administrative duties, stock coordination, and execution of all new aircraft stocking processes.

This includes:

  • Assisting with administrative duties such as setting up purchase orders and confirming approvals
  • Following up with onboard stock suppliers to ensure tasks and processes are completed correctly and on time
  • Coordinating the overall fleet onboard stock logistics and identifying areas for improvement
  • Supporting in the stocking execution for new aircraft deliveries and disposals

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Aviation or Logistics
  • 2-4 years of experience in general administrative tasks
  • Fluency in Business English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and IT skills
