We are looking for an expert who can act as the IT point of contact for various projects, supporting and developing IT tools for HR and communication-related business functions. As a Senior IT Business Analyst at Top Sigma, you will collaborate closely with business teams, project managers, and service managers to improve and transform IT solutions.

The successful candidate will provide support and advisory services in their area of expertise, define and analyze business needs, design IT solutions in collaboration with other departments, and document and maintain processes. You will also maintain a strong relationship with business stakeholders and project managers to ensure alignment of IT solutions with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the IT point of contact for various projects
  • Supporting and developing IT tools for HR and communication-related business functions
  • Collaborating with business teams, project managers, and service managers to improve and transform IT solutions
  • Providing support and advisory services in your area of expertise
  • Defining and analyzing business needs
  • Designing IT solutions in collaboration with other departments
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with business stakeholders and project managers

Requirements for this role include:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Experience with one or more SuccessFactors modules
  • Experience with interface design to and from SuccessFactors

Nice to have skills include experience as a coordinator, leader, or project manager.
