About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team in Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, managing cash flow, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions including invoices, payments, and refunds.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Reconcile financial statements and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues and disputes.
  • Prepare regular reports on financial transactions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
  • Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude.
