We are seeking an experienced Clinical Expert to join our team as a Medical Solutions Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for training and educating our sales team and customers in Portugal to advance patient care and outcomes with our products and therapies.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Life Sciences or Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in the medical device industry, including a hospital operating room environment. Additionally, they should have knowledge of Electrophysiology procedures and products.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement technical and education programs for our sales team and customers.
- Provide technical support during procedures and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Participate in employee and customer training programs by preparing study materials and conducting training sessions.
- Assist the sales force during customer presentations and contribute to the introduction and market launches of new products.
**Requirements**
- University degree in Life Science or Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in the medical device industry, including a hospital operating room environment.
- Knowledge of Electrophysiology procedures and products.
