As an International Customer Care Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main responsibility will be to respond to incoming queries, identify issues, and provide effective solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support clients' activities by offering world-class service to their customers
- Answer incoming queries from clients and identify issues to provide effective solutions
- Record data in our CRM system to track client interactions and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with our team to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements:
- A native level of German and at least a B2 level of English
- Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
- A high school degree or equivalent
- An attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people
- A drive for excellence and professionalism
- A real team player and committed to your work
Perks:
- Type of contract: a long-term fixed term contract, renewable every year
- Working hours: full time (40h/week) Monday to Friday, availability to work between 7am - 10pm, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational schedule
- Salary conditions (*) – 2 options: Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950 - 1050€ gross/month Excluding accommodation: 1300-1500€ gross/month For international candidates: Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months Airport pick up Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU) Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrival Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company Real career opportunities in different career paths (*) paid training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks)
