We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Liaison to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This role requires a strong understanding of our software and its features, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively resolve customer issues.
Main Responsibilities:- Focusing on delivering key results such as first-time resolution, efficiency, and quality metrics.
- Demonstrating ownership, commitment, and providing excellent support to stakeholders and Product Experts.
- Identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement and working at a fast pace.
- At least 12 months of direct customer service experience required.
- German level C1/C2 and English C1 language proficiency.
- A self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple work streams.
- Experience in Advertising, Media Planning, Copywriting, Social Media Campaign, and similar fields is a plus.
- Monday – Saturday shifts from 7am- 7pm.
- 1-year contract (Renewable each year).
- On-site location in Lisbon, Alcântara.
