About the Role

We are seeking an Electronics Design Engineer - Product Specialist to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our CELUS Design Platform team, you will play a crucial role in driving forward product development and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and align our product to meet their needs
  • Collaborate on creating compelling demos of the capabilities of our software
  • Provide feedback to the CELUS product team to strengthen the features and value of our product
  • Ensure that our product delivers on customer requirements
  • Develop and deliver customer onboarding programs, including training sessions and workshops, to ensure successful product adoption and user satisfaction
  • Create and maintain knowledge-based content such as tutorials, FAQs, and documentation to support customers and enhance their user experience

Your Profile
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering field or similar
  • At least 2-4 years of previous experience with technical products in the electronics industry
  • Previous experience in Customer Success roles
  • Expert in hardware engineering processes
  • Experience with CAD tools for electronics engineering (e.g., Siemens PADS, Altium Designer, KiCad)
  • Good analytical skills on electronic schematics and boards
  • Good communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • A passion for engaging customers doing demos, technical workshops, seminars, presentations
  • Agile-mindset and solution-driven way of thinking
  • Fluent written and spoken English
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
