Job Overview
Sensei, a leading provider of innovative solutions, is seeking a Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with our company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, launch, and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.


Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced marketer who can bring creativity and expertise to our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese; communicative level of Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a decision-making attitude, and resiliency.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with good knowledge of marketing programs in traditional, digital, and social landscapes.
