Job Title: Vice President of Human Resources

Workplace Options is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Human Resources to lead our HR function and drive business success.

About the Role:

The Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the organization's overall business goals. This includes providing strategic counsel to the executive team, leading the HR department, and implementing initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company's goals and drive organizational performance.
  • Provide strategic counsel to the executive team on all HR matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Lead the HR department in creating and implementing initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and professional growth.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, plus 10+ years of applicable experience.
  • Experience in a global company is essential, as well as strong business acumen for understanding business priorities, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to influence and facilitate discussions at all levels.
