We are seeking a highly skilled customer support agent to join our team at Teleperformance Portugal. As a customer service representative for Viaplay, you will be responsible for handling user inquiries across various communication channels.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  1. Guide users through registration and sign-in processes;
  2. Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering, or content playback problems;
  3. Provide assistance on app and device compatibility, installation, and settings;
  4. Help users manage subscriptions, update payment methods, and resolve billing issues;
  5. Assist with subscription pauses or cancellations;

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to handle confidential information, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you are a native Swedish speaker with fluency in English (B2 level mandatory) and a high school diploma, we would love to hear from you.
