Language Services Associates, Inc. is a leading provider of language solutions for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community. As a telephonic interpreter for Afghani Dari, you will play a critical role in facilitating communication between clients and patients in various settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective remote interpreting services to facilitate language communication
  • Answer inbound calls in a timely manner and provide superior customer service
  • Adhere to a strict code of professional conduct, including maintaining confidentiality and adhering to industry-specific best practices
  • Complete training(s) and participate in ongoing Quality Assurance monitoring

Requirements:

  • Full fluency in both English and Afghani Dari
  • Technology proficiency, including web-based platforms and Microsoft Word
  • Landline phone access for sound quality
  • A quiet, secure, and distraction-free workspace
  • 2+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred
