Job Description

This is a full-time position as a Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer at Agileengine. The role involves being an essential technical contributor as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Architect, implement, and own core components of the technology that define and power our product;
  • Collaborate with the founding team to understand business needs and play a leadership role in the end-to-end development of features and on our technical roadmap;
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the performance, architecture, and scalability of our systems and products.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack software engineer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software and products;
  • Proficiency in Typescript;
  • Experience with Node.js, React, Postgres, NextJS, and RPC in a professional setting;
  • Highly aligned with our mission and excited to make a direct, positive impact on clinicians and the quality of care patients receive;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Demonstrated high ownership and experience leading the development of products from the ground up in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
  • Comfortable navigating and building throughout the entire stack, but your primary focus and experience lies in frontend technical design and implementation;
  • Experience executing greenfield technical design for business-critical products and features in close collaboration with both technical and non-technical counterparts;
  • Experience with agile development, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing frameworks;
  • Upper-intermediate English level.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience.
