Job ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will play a crucial part in providing strategic campaign support and advertiser training to educate our clients.
Your main tasks will be:
- To provide optimal advice to our business clients regarding their online advertising queries.
- To create a meaningful rapport with key decision-makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy.
- To understand the business goals of your clients and match the required online advertisement solutions.
- To achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A mother tongue level in French and a good English level (at least B2).
- Completed secondary school or a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in customer service or sales.
- Familiarity with social media.
- Strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Two salary options: including accommodation (950€ gross/month + monthly bonus) or without accommodation (1,150€ gross/month + monthly bonus).
- A long-term fixed-term contract for 12 months, which can be renewed every year.
- Training: 5 weeks (fully paid).
- Free Portuguese lessons, cooking courses, sports activities, and social events organized by the company.

We welcome international candidates and offer:
- Reimbursement of initial flight costs after 9 months.
- Pick-up from the airport.
- Annual return ticket to your home country (within the EU).
