As a Sales Program Specialist - Process Associate - Polish - Hybrid Lisbon, you'll be part of Genpact's Strategic Sales team, supporting innovative scalable sales programs across a diverse set of customers. You'll drive revenue and product adoption, working closely with advertisers and agencies to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of social media products and community standards.
- Provide top-notch customer support through various channels, ensuring timely issue resolution and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
- Collect and analyze advertiser requirements, providing tailored guidance on best practices and applying technology and product knowledge to address their business needs.
- Act as a single point of contact for consultative support on agencies and advertisers accounts.
- Lead advertiser communications and technical issue resolution, striving for exceptional customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, B2B/B2C sales, digital ad sales, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in navigating CRM systems.
