Your Key Tasks

As a project manager, you will lead end-to-end project management, working directly with customers to ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality. This involves overseeing multiple projects, leveraging your expertise to drive results, and coaching your peers to achieve the best outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Leverage project planning tools to develop comprehensive plans for medium and large-scale projects
  2. Oversee large to XL-sized projects under guidance from the project lead, ensuring customer satisfaction with product quality, functionality, and timely delivery
  3. Implement recommendations that support successful project completion within product or functional areas
  4. Maintain regular, proactive customer communication to address concerns and ensure readiness
  5. Support organizational initiatives as required, providing customer reporting and project updates
  6. Partner with senior leadership to provide executive-level customer interface and reporting
  7. Cultivate coaching and mentoring skills to support less-experienced project managers
  8. Ensure compliance with project governance meetings within contractual frameworks

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools
  • Minimum 7 years of overall experience, with 2+ years in project management roles for US/European telecom and 4+ years in another domain
  • ITIL V4 Foundations certification or equivalent professional certifications (e.g., Prince2, CSM, PMP)

Main Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with data validation and reporting expertise
  • Ability to coach and mentor peers, promoting result-driven learning and adaptability
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, SharePoint, Adobe, and Webex
  • Experience with project management systems for time management and tracking
