Job Description
As a Medical Technology Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the successful adoption of robotic-assisted surgery technology. You will work closely with hospital teams to ensure smooth implementation and provide training to hospital staff. This includes organizing meetings with key stakeholders, coordinating surgeon training programs, and developing training plans for hospital staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hospital teams to set goals for the adoption of the Hugo RAS System
  • Organize and attend meetings with hospital stakeholders to track progress and ensure smooth implementation
  • Coordinate surgeon training programs, including scheduling off-site training sessions and arranging expert guidance during initial cases
  • Develop training plans for hospital staff, ensuring they receive necessary education and hands-on support to confidently use the robotic system
  • Gain hands-on experience by observing and assisting during robotic-assisted surgeries, supporting surgeons and staff as they become comfortable with the technology
