Job Description
- Manage administrative tasks, property transactions, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Participate in sales processes, engage with clients, properties, and stakeholders.
- Conduct office-based administrative work and field activities related to real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Responsibilities:- Organize and maintain databases of properties, clients, and agreements.
- Assist in financial tasks such as invoicing, rent collection, and reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the real estate team as needed.
- Conduct property visits, inspections, and evaluations.
- Meet with clients, investors, and real estate professionals.
- Collaborate with legal and notary professionals for transaction finalizations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Portuguese real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus).
