We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team at Ki Performance. As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business value for our clients.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for the entire AI lifecycle, from data ingestion and transformation to building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models.
  • You will work closely with data platform teams to ensure that AI-driven insights translate into tangible business outcomes.
  • You will stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies on Microsoft Azure.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions that meet business requirements.
  2. Develop and deploy machine learning models using statistical and ML concepts.
  3. Build and integrate large language models (LLMs) for text-to-speech and speech-to-text applications.
  4. Ensure data quality by handling ingestion, preparation, and transformation.
  5. Implement scalable and production-ready AI solutions using cloud-based MLOps best practices.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize AI tools and embed them into business processes.
  8. Evaluate the potential of new AI technologies for integration.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, data science, or machine learning.
  • End-to-end AI expertise, including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and continuous optimization.
  • Strong Python skills and proficiency in ML frameworks and cloud-based AI platforms like Azure ML and Databricks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Data & AI services and leading AI platforms/APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, and Anthropic.
  • Hands-on experience with MLOps tooling and deploying AI solutions in production.
  • Skill in designing and deploying AI infrastructure, including containerization with Docker.
  • Broad AI/ML understanding, including NLP, computer vision, and conversational AI.
  • Awareness of AI regulations and their implications for AI projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.
  • Innovative and team-oriented mindset, with a passion for AI and proactive attitude.
